ADG created a new packaging design for the Thins Chocolate range to appeal to both the tourist market and for export with a focus on the Japanese and US markets. The original packaging was over a decade old and old fashion against in competitors.
The range comprises of three chocolate flavors: - dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate. As the final product is sealed in cellophane, the finishing of packaging was restricted and metallic inks were chosen as the best specialty finish suitable.
ADG designed the packaging as a collector series with beautiful Australian imagery to entice customers to buy all three pack as a collection. The client then decided to offer the 3 packs together as a set as well as individually.
We also suggested the Dullo logo be formatted consistently across all Dullo's ranges in the new format for consistency.
The client has commissioned ADG to design new packaging for all Dullo's existing ranges and new products.
