Creative for marketing campaign for a corporate real estate development.
Client: COMSERV
15 Help campaign was designed to launch a newly refurbished corporate office development in Chatswood. The marketing agents and client required ADG to create a smart and sophisticated way to reposition the Chatswood office tower.
ADG created branding for both the marketing campaign and the branding of the tower block itself.
All marketing collateral was created around the tagline, ‘Your springboard to success’.
To promote this exciting new refurbishment, an oversized 12 page brochure was produced to convey 15 help st as a quality development. Other marketing and advertising materials were also produced.
The successful leasing of the office development is testament to the success of the marketing campaign.
